Job Description

Support IT operations and troubleshooting, assist with ticket resolution, installation, and configuration tasks; shadow senior engineers.

  • Support helpdesk, user onboarding, maintenance, basic troubleshooting, attend training sessions, collaborate on projects.

Requirements and Skills

  • Entry-level, interest in IT support, basic IT skills, undergraduate/graduate CS/IT/related.
