Manage client accounts, build and strengthen relationships, handle communications and queries, support retention and satisfaction for Cyber Legends clients.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new clients, manage CRM/database records, arrange meetings, resolve concerns, respond to feedback, maintain client satisfaction, collaborate with teams to enhance services.

Requirements and Skills

2+ years account/client management, business/marketing degree, strong communication, customer service and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, team orientation.
