Job Description

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient business functioning and success.
- Manage resource allocation, workflow, and operational processes for Cyber Legends.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to streamline activities and achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in all business procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate operational teams for optimal performance and results.
- Analyze operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare, implement, and manage operational budgets and resources.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures for all business processes.
- Liaise with management to ensure support and resources are available for projects and events.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess operational effectiveness.

Requirements and Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in IT/cybersecurity/education sectors.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related discipline.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Skilled in workflow optimization, budget management, and team coordination.
