Job Description

Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, install and configure systems, ensure smooth business and training operations.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to support tickets, diagnose and fix issues, install systems/apps, document troubleshooting steps, maintain IT asset inventory, support users remotely and onsite.

Requirements and Skills

2+ years IT support experience, strong communication, technical troubleshooting, teamwork, basic scripting/configuration.
