Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Designing, updating, and enhancing training materials aligned with

international cybersecurity standards and certification requirements.

Instructional Delivery: Delivering engaging and effective classroom or online instruction,

covering various aspects of cybersecurity such as ethical hacking, network security,

cryptography, etc.

Hands-on Training: Providing practical exercises, simulations, and real-world scenarios to

reinforce theoretical concepts and practical skills.

Assessment and Evaluation: Developing assessments, exams, and practical evaluations to

measure participants’ understanding and proficiency.

Mentoring and Support: Offering guidance, mentorship, and support to learners throughout

their certification preparation journey.

Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, threats, and industry

best practices to ensure the curriculum’s relevance.

Administrative Tasks: Managing administrative aspects such as scheduling, grading, reporting,

and maintaining training records.

Requirements:

Cybersecurity Expertise: Deep understanding and practical experience in cybersecurity

domains, including but not limited to network security, penetration testing, incident response,

and compliance standards.

Certifications: Possession of relevant international certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA

Security+, CISA, or others depending on the program’s focus.

Teaching and Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex cybersecurity

concepts to diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise. Teaching or training experience

is preferred.

Adaptability: Capability to adapt teaching methodologies to suit various learning styles and

needs, including in-person, virtual, or blended learning environments.

Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay

current with evolving cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Cybersecurity, or related fields is often preferred.

Industry Experience: Prior experience working in the cybersecurity field, preferably in roles

involving security analysis, engineering, or consulting.
